speedometer

I was driving my CJ and all of a sudden my speedometer AND radio stopped working. Has anyone seen anything like this before. Just a coincidence or are they related? I'm thinking I'll start with fuses. It was just really weird.

:xmy jeep wouldn't go over 30mph and it would rpm between 4,000-5,000 and i had found it had been the speed sensor, i replaced it 2 months ago and havn't had a problem since until last night it started doing it again so what could be causing that????? any help would be great

i'm leaking transmission fluid right at the end of the speedometer. could this be transmission problem or do i need a new speedometer cable??
