flasher not working

Aloha, I am new to this forum. So forgive me if I didn't title it correctly. I have 2 YJ's. My newest one is a 95 4cyl manual. Left blinker was barely working a very faint signal but also caused the Right side to make a slight flash as well. Hazards work fine. So I replaced the flasher.....Right...
