How frustrating! My '99 2WD Sport is also NOT starting. No warning, whatsoever! Engine turns-over nicely. All electronics seem to work nicely, except my LCD reads: NO BUS What? "No Bus" ? What does that mean? Oh yes, when I turn the key...the guages don't move. Any suggestions?

Follow-up on my Ticking Problem: HiHood suggested adding some Transmission Fluid to my crankcase. I added less than a quart. I swear...that sound is gone...I'm pretty sure it has. Many thanks!!

I also have the same ticking in my '99 Sport (just turned 100K). Same faint ticking. HIHOOD...do you mean adding ATF to the Crankcase....? Yikes!

My '99 Sport front bumper is Factory, i.e. a partial center-metal combined with end-pieced plastic corners. The other day, while going to work, I saw a Sport with (what I call) a Complete Across-the-Middle Plastic Mold (versus the "combo" I have). To me, it looked nicer, because my combo looks...
