do you have a LOT of bluish-gray smoke coming out of you exhaust whenever the jeep is running? if so, then your piston rings are probably shot. granted thats still a lot of oil consumption, but not so uncommon on higher mileage vehicles. keep us posted

i agree with the herculiner. i've got the tub herculined in my yj as well, and it's great. low maintenance too, just spray it down when it gets muddy.
