They are not really sloppy in the DS, just able to spin. Do you think I will be able to tell right away when I put new U-joints in?

Junk, Thank you for the quick response. That is kind of what I was thinking, but was told that there should be no movement at all. On the driveshaft yolk (c clips holding the end caps) the end cap is able to spin too, is that a problem or will new u-joints remedy that? The old yolks do not...
