So heres an update. It wasnt a 4x4 shop dont have one close by but they do a lot of work on wranglers. They didnt see damage or missing steering components. Offered to try a different pump but that would add up dollar wise.

Body lift about 2". Those wheels are actually 3.25 bs. The 33s were on 15x10s i believe those were in bad shape. No spacers. So the caster reduces with susp lift only not BL? I mean if thats the case and springs are close to stock height, whether theyre old and weak or just stock height...

Are you lifted with other mods? I cant believe how different the stock one i tried was. And mine behaved exactly the same on cracked old 33x12.50s that had maybe 15 psi so clearly not overinflated

Wow i just got into a 2000 TJ at a dealer and standing still the steering wheel is 10x harder to turn than mine with engine on, no exaggeration.

They finally sent me the specs, above is what it was originally on 33s, below is on 31s. Theres a note on bottom that somethings not within specs. Not sure how this will help since we dont know what specs for lift should be....

Thanks guys, it would be closest to #3 as in slightest touch of the steering wheel and youre changing lanes. Its consistent throughout the 3.5 turns no dead spots or pulling to one side. I end up turning too fast even when parking and have to correct. Im a big guy and i love the feel of my Ram...

Dwillys are you saying the only test for a changed steerimg box is a different number of turnsof wheel from stock? I have 3.5 currently counting same hand position on wheel. I dont know if that has necessarily changed it seems like quite a few turns (ill google stock) but these turns whether...
