I had the same proble couple of weeks ago but my np242 was on the trail my fault though didnt have enough fluid in it and tcase got to hot and blew up
bought a part from ""Auto Recylers"" for 350 with 85000 miles on it they gave me a 30 warranty no problems yet
ALWAYS check and change...
