Plugged a tire for the second day in a row

Just picked up a set of polished rubicons. Nice wheels but one has some brown bubbling of the clear coat near the center cap. Guy I got em from says he thinks its from car washes and there's dirty water under it and he was told you could sand it and re-clear it. I'm a little skeptical of this...

Got new tires at a steal, BF Goodrich Mudd Terrains 15k on them. They are load range C , how long will they last on the road ??

Its u joint up front, it seems to be ok. No play or movement up and down or side to side, 4 WD still works good as its doing this also

How much is the front driveshaft supposed to turn by hand?
