I agree...I'm running 39.5" tires with 5.38 gears and the stock 4.0 and I have plenty of power for wheeling and it still runs down the road at highway speeds. Don't get me wrong though...the gm 5.3 litre motor is great and a fairly easy install but chances are you don't truly need it. Just my 2...
