gravity bled them for an hour

Ive got a 79 CJ5 that just had a 4" lift put on. I cant get the brakes to prime up. I used a set of extended brake lines that are suppose to be for the model. I've replaced the master cylinder and the proportioning valve and bled the lines who knows how many times even with a pump. Still no...
