Mix like maybe half and half?

When I shift into second both up and downshifting it grinds. I have read to flush with kerosene and and Mopar fluid. Does this work or is there another remody for this?

I'm new to the Jeep world! I have a 93 Wrangler 2.5 4 cyl and the frame is bad in front of the rear shackle. I have a chance to get a nice frame but it was set up for a 6 cyl. Can I use this frame and if so what would I need to do to make this work?
