Ok so I'm actually considering performing a swap to convert my XJ to a diesel..IF I can find the engine…therein lies the problem. So my question is does anyone have or know where I can find either a Mercedes OM 617 3.0L Turbo diesel or a VM Motori 425 2.5L turbo diesel? I've spent the last...

    lift blocks

Blocks are perfectly fine to run as are coil spring spacers, like Jester said just dont stack them. Just gotta watch the blocks with old leaf springs. They tend to give you even more axle wrap after awhile

So my Jeep has begin idling very low, like 400-500 rpm's and it spits and sputters when I press the throttle. Anything under about 1500 rpm's and it starts to miss and stutter. It doesn't feel like a spark miss but more like a fuel problem like she's starving. I replaced the fuel filter and fuel...

    05' LJ death wobble unexplained?????!!!!!

i believe hers is non CV, the rear shaft just slips into the back of the t-case, it doesn't bolt onto a yolk. And I noticed the dog-tacking because the drivers side rear tire was rubbing the coil spring but the passenger side rear was not, put a wheel spacer on the drivers side and the gap...

    05' LJ death wobble unexplained?????!!!!!

Ok so the front suspension looks good, no play or worn bushings, however, I think they may have shipped us the wrong rear track-bar bracket. This is the bracket they sent us, the product description says it fits TJ's with 2.5" suspension lift ONLY. Rough Country TJ Rear Track Bar Bracket This...

    Jeep wobbles

Ya I would say it's gotta be something with the shocks or coils, the normal death wobble is a suspension wobble not a body wobble lol
