when things are working right, the oil gauge will stay at 40 and the temp gauge will stay at 210. my tj and xj gauges both fluxuate now, but they din't used to. i jus' re-read your post. my bad. the temp gauge should gradually come up to operating temp, when the motor's cold.

i do not see a relay inline between switch and motor. is C203, C204 and G302 the switch? i'm sorry, the electrical prints i use at work are drawn differently. i'm not familiar with these "C" and "S" numbers. could you help me understand this print better, please? thanx - travis
