I have a rattle thats coming from inside my upper driverside windshield frame and its driving me nuts. I tightened everything and it just seems like there is something in it. I thought about injecting it with great stuff but want to get some opinions before i do it....

what temp thermostat should i get I was thinking 180

I'm gonna test the cap and pressure test. I'm gonna change the thermostat for sure. my oil is clean so I hope I don't have a pulse when I pressure test

My tj runs between 210 and 220 all the time. I cleaned the rad. and all the fluids are good I was gonna change the thermostat next? anyone have any ideas?

There is cheaper ones on there too.

Im sure beating it with a hammer isnt the proper way to do it, but sometimes it need shocked to get off the taper.

Ive got them off with one person pulling on the wheel and one hitting the hub with a 1lb sledge

I agree with stealheadz sounds like a fuel delivery problem... pump, filter, etc...

Im no expert but did you try letting them gravity bleed for a little while.
