    yes, but LPG is half the cost of gasoline so I run it on LPG whenever possible, starts on gasoline and switches to LPG at about 40 deg c (100 deg F) no power difference but lots cheaper, and driving in London traffic is probably as demanding as Manhattan or LA.     I get about 13mpg in the XJ, but thats on LPG ( propane). running it on petrol (gasoline) gives me about 14mpg. I6 4Litre the killer is the cost $2 per litre for gasoline , yes thats right $9 a gallon. greedy UK oil companies and a goverment that taxes us to death are the problems

    in London the anti 4x4 ers call em chelsea tractors. Mine goes off road every day at work on site. and its great in the winter for pulling rangerovers out of the snow ( rangerovers are supposed to be the mutts nuts but in reality wouldn't pull a greasy man out of a greasy bed)

    Getting the Jeep to run cooler..

    how do you solve the opposite problem??? mine runs at less than 100 degrees C all the time ( 212 farenheit) even when the top hose split and dumped coolant all over the engine. not a problem in summer as no overheating problems inn traffic but boy its cold in the winter 4.0L 1996 cherokee.
