    Ok, thats what I was looking for, I think I'll just replace the body mounts with originals, and try a small shackle lift, then do a suspension lift. Ill be putting bigger tires on it, but not huge. Im not going rock climbing. maybe 3" is all im looking for.

    LOL, normally you have 1 main fuse box INSIDE the vehicle. if there is a cover on the fuse panel, the inside should show the fuse diagram and what is where. if not the dig out the book and look that up. pretty easy. now, there is another under the hood. bigger fuses (bigger problems). normally...

    found this at a yard sale. thought it was kinda neat. made by Jim Westfall. there is a signed certificate of authenticity, so I thought what the hell. anybody know anything about it?? its all metal nuts and bolts, welded together.

    A cheap console

    I just found one of these at a truck stop, so I bought it. I remembered this article, and knowing I needed a console, this all worked out. I'd love to keep it all original, but at the same time want to paint it to match my interior. hmm just glad I found it cheap.

    Yeah, just went out and got a good look at it. I might buy it anyway that way I have something to work with, I could grind those off and make my own brackets...

    Yeah, he's right , the brackets are different. I just went out and got a good look. might have to fabricate my own.... Ive seen others that drill into the top outside part of the windshield frame. kinda leary about that though. any ideas?
