There is a damper in the duct work behind the dash....the only way I know to fix the problem is to remove the duct and replace it with a new one. Sorry Rob 8) :P :)

I have my rear track bar installed, and have the quick disco's in the front I don't touch the rear for off roading, and take the minute to un hook the front. This is TJ flex WITH a rear track bar. Rob 8) :P :)
