I haven't touched the carb. When i traded my cj2a and bobcat welder for it. It was my first time buying a jeep. He didt really tell me why it was idling so dang loud. All i did was changed the filter, spark plug, painted the rims, changed the oil filter, changed the engine oil at the same time...

And were would the vacuum leak be. Were would I look to find it or how to find it.

IS the rpm supposed to be idling at 2000 rpm without touching try the pedal?

How do I change the key ingintion on my cj7. You can just turn the ingition and it turns on with out a key? How do I get to it?

We pumped the brake pedal the opened the valves. And no we did not replace the clutch. But the brakes are firmer and I'll take it for a test drive later today

Yes sir. I just got done letting all the air out letting it flow through. Idk if there's time to take it out for a drive.

We bled the brakes, we changed the calipers with the pads to. But some how the clutch went soft idk how did? And thanks for the info.

Everything was working just fine before me and my uncle started working on it. Brakes worked well, and the clutch was firm but now it's really spongy

My bad. The clutch is really spongy and it's a 1981 cj7 Jeep with a 3 inch lift
