Contour Fan Controller~Mine finally gave out after 15 years

I was able to check the grounds~correct and signal~correct I then jumped power from the control board relay socket to battery I heard the secondary relay click and the fans started working. I did the same on the high speed control board and it worked as well. I think the problem is still on the...

Contour Fan Controller~Mine finally gave out after 15 years

Today I'm checking the relay contacts on the Chinese senders to make sure of the power from the switch and ground. I'm also going to try jumping it to see if the problem really lies on the circuit board.

Contour Fan Controller~Mine finally gave out after 15 years

I think I found one by Hayden again, it's for one fan but rated at 65 amps IF I remember correctly. I seem to recall when I first changed out the PO's pusher fan arrangement that Fords 70 amp relays were placed to contain those spikes. The blade width is considerably wider than standard Bosch...

    1995 Wrangler headlight always on.

I believe Multifunction Switches are a Communist plot ...to drive us all insane what with their substandard miniscule wiring that's just begging to fail.... That is... that's how it was on my van a '98 Ford, the dimmer went nutz so I took the floor dimmer out of my CJ and got it working. I then...

That's all I've found too. Man I miss Mac of Mac's Jeeparts, he was a master of everything from flatties to FC's and everything in between. I'm not having any overheating issues and since running her out on the road a few times now I think the coolant on the floor and drip pan was from the last...

Hi gang, It's been a long while since I last posted and I'm hoping to find the correct Radiator Overfill Tank for 'Black Betty' she's a 1978 CJ5 with a 360 (read 304) motor and while it has an aftermarket dingus on the radiator support, it lacks a Pickup Tube as many of the aftermarket ones...

78 CJ5 Fuel and Temperature Guage Nightmares

I rely on the fuel gauge (got it dialed in with an NOS gauge long ago) as for the temp gauge I wired in an analogue gauge as I've never trusted elecrtrics.

    Aftermarket Switch Installation

Thanks aggreX, I noticed a Backup Alarm Disable dedicated switch which is just what I'd need if I ran more than a four gang switch panel. I did see those rocker parts with the custom text, pretty slick.

That's quite a load of switches, I have the labels just need to know how to lift up those little squares to put the labels underneath, or are they intended to apply over the lens?
