I dont know but an auto store will., just ask them or call them for a price on a long or short block,then ask them if it will fit 1999 wrangler and or cherokee. I hope this helps

dont trust the mechanics, do it yourself. pop the hood and start the engine, then start moving wires around. look close at wires near or rubbing the engine. I would like to add that you might have a broken motor mount causing the engine to move more than normal. just saying

most car/truck deals are (as is). warning lights coming on is nothing new to jeeps and other vehicles etc.. if it still runs ok and dosnt die in the middle of the road I think you will be ok. wait till this COLD weather passes and see if your lights still act the same. I hope this helps
