My rear disc brake rotors are worn out, I have removed all the brake parts. I just have the disc brake rotor and axle. I thought the rotor would just come off with a little wd-40 and a hammer but the rotor seems to be stuck to the axle. do I need a special tool to remove the disc brake rotor...

Oil leaks are common on engines and I dont think that is the problem in your case. Filter changes are done by how many miles you have driven your jeep. My manuel says to replace the fuel filter every 60.000 miles. I hope this helps

Have you replaced the fuel filter and air cleaner yet ?

Try to get the temp to 195 and you will get better gas mileage and reduce engine wear. running below 195 will cost you gas money and running above 195 will be not good for your engine.

You might look at your tires. alot of people think Jeep and put mud and snow tires on. Mud and snow tires have alot of road noise and ride kinda rough. a good street all season tire might be what you are looking for to smooth out that ride of yours. I hope this helps.

How did you test the blower motor ? did you run a 12 volt wire to it and it worked or did you Ohm it ? Mike

Ryant electrical issues take special tools to find the problem. Its best to take it to a dealer/shop to get it repaired right. same with the door gaskets, you dont have to take your jeep to a dealrship for those. a body repair shop should have the know how to repair that. I am a mechanic but...

Everytime I have a wobble issue I take it to my local tire shop and have all my tires spun balanced to make sure thats good. If that dosnt cure your problem ( Yes) you need to check the list one by one. I hope this helps. Mike

Also check for leaks in your cooling system. could be a blown head gasket. Hopefuly not but if the cooling water runs low your head gasket will take a beating for sure. I hope this helps

150 K on a 4.0 L is just the break in milage. Some common things to check and replace is your fuel filter. Once you get it running again change your oil and oil filter and air cleaner and it will give you at least a 100 K more miles.

So as long as you dont floorboard the engine everything is ok ? the light coming on is maybe an overspeed warning again ?
