On another SUV build I added auxiliary PS and trans coolers to ensure the temps will not get too hot. Both coolers are in series with the OEM coolers. Both auxiliary coolers are hard mounted on custom brackets.

The only cowl induction hood I know of is found on the 1970 Chevelle SS. A replica cowl induction hood scoop could be grafted onto your jeep hood if desired.
