I think it would work fine but id rather put money in a 350 than a 305 eather way you look at it it's going to cost you around $1500 to $2000 to rebuild eather motor as for the trany rebuild it and put 5 pinion planetarys and a beast sunshell it will do very well.. and you can find Adapters at...
