Is the motor overfilled with oil? If so it could have the airfilter clogged with raw oil. Aside from that, maybe the cat is clogging up or the fuel filter is gummed up?

Fuel pump relay? I think there is one next to it the same you can swap.

Swap out the ASD relay and fuel pump relay then check the electric connectors for corrosion.

I had crud in the fuel tank jam the fuel pump inlet valve open and act like this. A filter right before the pump allowe me to see the junk and it kept running. The hoses were all cracked and sucking air too.

EGR stops ping. Vapor cannister keeps you from losing raw vapor from the fuel tank. AIR pump and cat are conjoined. Get a non-aerobic aftermarket cat and the other stuff gets tossed.

You mean fuel pressure? No electrics on the fuel rail. There is a schrader valve you screw a gauge onto.
