Well here in FL they did away with emmisons testing. The state felt the polution level was not effected enough by emmisons to maintain the sites to check your vehicles.

I love my rough country lift. I will admit the shocks are not the best, but they are better than the blown ones that where on my jeep. If you are on a budget it is a great lift. After a year you can save enough cash to upgrade to some better shocks.

I just had somthing similar except my jeep would not start and had no pwr to the headlights and such dim dash you could hardly see it. Turned out to be a bad starter solenoid.

I have the tuffy locks. Bought them from qtech for my 88yj. They are still unused because the design is so crappy they are worthless. If anyone wants them I will let them go at half the price of Qtec.

Turned out to be the starter solinoid. I took the starter off brought it to the zone and it tested fine. When I went to put it back on I noticed the connection for the igintion wire on the solinoid was hanging free. Changed it out and all is good so far.

battery tested 100% charged and good. I tried to cross the leads on the starter and got a small spark but no turning action. Looks like it may be the problem.

Go buy yourself a cheap 3/8 small extension. Grind it down to fit. Remove bolt. Go to auto parts store and buy a normal plug and pitch that pos in the trash.

its called a safety torx. You can order a whole set from quadretec fairly cheap. THat set comes with the big one needed for the roll bar on YJ's. If you only need the small ones go to discount auto. They sell them. Or you can carefully drill out the safety pin and use a regular torx.
