yeah it does suck, i got the lift on the way, tires mounted and balanced and i go to put them on and they don;t fit...i am really mad...

selling a set of cragar 397 5x5.5 4 inch backspace 16"x7" used once, but previous owner couldnt use em cause of the backspace...i can't use em cause of the 5x5.5 bolt pattern...so they have only been used once. asking 135.

because at the time of the post, i thought maybe it would allow more flex...but now that i think about it, it doesnt make sense to me...i'll keep em cause i dont wanna damage my fenders....that much!

also, it it possible to cut the existing bumpstops shorter? i was looking and it seemed possible but i want to know if anyone had done that...just wondering if i might need to buy rustys adjustible bump stops....

yeah thats how it is in my xj, i've already taken off the fender flares and plane to cut about one inch off, maybe more if i need it...

since im lifting my jeep, would i have to get new bumpstops or what? i was starting to spray all bolts with pb blaster and i noticed the bump stops, also, would they affect articulation?

steering stop? is that the point where you can't turn the steering wheel?

how would you know it isnt stock? i have the numbers on the differential, is there somewhere i can tell? and pulling the axle shaft is alot of work i dont feel like doing now...

although, make sure it has a Chrysler 8.25 rear diff...strong as a mo fo..

i know, but im thinking bout buying rustys rear leaf springs and rubicon express front springs from twistedcopper and i was wondering what else i needed. and if all of that was completley neccesary. ill probibly just get the tcase drop and brake line brackets and shocks and then get the control...

ok, i know that to do a four inch lift, you need a one inch tcase drop , shocks, and springs, but i was looking at rustys kit and it has all this: -front adjustible trac bar -lower control arms -front sway bar disconnects and i thought an xj only had two control arms in the front, if thats...

ok i found out i had a chrysler 8.25 but how do i figure out how many splines it has?
