    You might have to change out your ecm. It might be as simple as getting it reflashed for the transmission exchange. Since it controls the shift points and torque converter lock up. Not sure who to check with rhat one. Maybe calling the techs at painless wiring? Stealership?

    I have no problems with a 3 core aluminum radiator from champion, off ebay. Run that with an 485 flex e fan. Have no problems running 210 here in az desert. Can crawl all day without the temp going over the center mark.

    The problem lies in the aluminum. When it hits a hard obstacle it dents in because it is soft material. Then you start to drag it across. The aluminum starts to gouge up (galling) it tears along the scrape, rolling the torn aluminum bits along and this is its problem. It requires more torque...

    Lets see they took a knife to Dana 44 front axle...now its a piece of....(I will be nice) ...its a driving nightmare, just to shave 50lbs they made one of the best out of the box axles nearly worthless. The costs just to get it not to bends with 35's you can buy a G2 and have it delivered...

    All JKs come with 44s these days. Several years ago jeep killed the 35 noting its weakness it cant handle the 4 door models and keep its trail rated badge.
