    Tire Choice's

I've been running the Parnelli Jones' for over 5 years now... great on road and off. I could probably push another year out of the tires, but they were good when they lasted.

    1991 YJ front brake problem

A caliper can freeze closed due to a collapsed brake line as well, so you may want to replace that too. In the future, if a caliper freezes closed on you, find some water and dump it on the brakes that are failing. I've done it multiple times... works like a charm if you gotta get home without...

Good point. I checked the sellers feedback, looks like a lot of people bought this brand from him and are satisfied. I went for it.

What do I have here from a 2000 TJ?

The roll bar won't be a direct bolt in, the rear hoops mount farther back in the jeep than the ol' slanty ones.

    Muddy YJ touching lives...

Funny story I thought I would share... Last sunday, went for a quick romp in some local mud. All the water was dried up leaving the kind of mud you loose your shoe in. The Stomper (my jeep) almost got stuck for once and was crawlin' through the mud at 1 mph with the RPMs at about 5k. The point...

    350 converion

I would be careful not to wreck your AX5 or AX15, (whichever you have). The 350 has potential to have a lot of power that the stock trans wouldn't be able to handle.

    Hard door's!!! Help

Actually, I got mine with a "rip" in the metal right below the window. Its about 1.5" long, it hasn't grown in 5 years, so I just leave it. The doors are off most of the time now anyway! I guess if you were to fix it, welding the split would be ideal. Then grind down the weld, bodyfill and paint.

    Lift?

4 inches is ideal. But then you may need an SYE and a dropped pitman arm to accompany the new height and make not a PITA.

    Generric Questions?

1.) If it's a Rubicon then it has D44s, it doesn't sound like it is. You can also tell by looking at the diff cover. Most likely you have a D35 in the back and D30 in the front 2.) 4.11 gear ratio 3.) correct
