    R.I.P. Robert Craig "Evel" Knievel

Had that one too. No, I long ago graduated to full fledged harmonicas. I have several "blues harps" and I break them out once in a while when my kids bug me to play. Funny but that kazoo band thing is probably what led me to play the harp.

The pros of owning a hardtop are: Nice looking will better hold in heat (or A/C for people who should sell their jeep) quieter saved wear and tear on the soft top, prolonging it's life rear defroster, wiper if so equipped much better to knock snow or ice off of, and you can "scrape" ice off...

    R.I.P. Robert Craig "Evel" Knievel

When I was a kid, I had an Evel Knievel motorcycle. You would spin a crank until it was going fast enough then launch him. IT was before the days of RC cars and the like. That was one of my favorite toys as a young kid. I'd guess that was around 1976. I say that because I remember that it...

    YJ steering box

Just a reminder, it will rob you of a little power and fuel economy. I had a 4 cyl YJ with manual steering, and I noticed it was a little stronger and a little better on fuel than a couple of other ones I drove. I think that unless you do alot of low speed steering or rock crawling then it...

The Famous Grand Cherokee Electrical Problem

Too many things on separate electrical circuits are affected to be a common problem - unless it is the PCM, which is what my money is on.

    New Jeep

Dana 30 up front, in the rear you'll likely have a Chrysler 8.25, or a Dana 35. I don't think they used Dana 44's in the later year XJs, but I suppose it is a possibility. 4.5 should clear 32's no problem, 33's may be a tight fit if you plan to wheel it, but a little fender trimming and or...

    Tires

While I wasn't really disappointed with the MT/R's in mud, they did wear incredibly unevenly, even when rotated. The TrXus is an excellent recommendation.
