Edit. Both wheels freeze when tightened down even a little bit.
Maybe some 9-16” washers behind the rotor would bring it out a bit ?
Rotor is obviously going too far back on the hub. Not rubbing calipers or any other part.

So I replaced my 97 TJ Sport with new u joints in front axles , and new wheel hubs as well. Put it all back together ( and also replaced entire brake line system. )
When I tighten the front wheels, they freeze in place. Not problem with movement when wheel is off.

The more I look the more i find. A lot of work done so far before I got it but it need a lot of tlc to be right. Not sure how hard it would be to replace a u joint here but any help much appreciated. It’s not exactly a drive shaft.....it is, but...
So it’s not abs. I found the right lines that include all the correct parts. 🙄.

Yes. I don’t see one at any wheel. The replacement for non abs doesn’t include the two short lines from master to splitter hence my hesitation. The abs version does have the lines and the lines to the wheels are different lengths for each version.
So my 97 tj sport has blown a brake line. The rest are just as bad. I can’t determine based on what new lines to by if I need abs replacement lines based on what I see under the hood.
non abs doesn’t seem to have enough lines while abs replacement lines have all the seemingly correct brake...
