Ok, yeah I assume your 4 inch lift came with extended brake lines. That's why I asked how big a lift. I would gravity flow all the brakes first, then do a standard bleed.

Is the shop actually running a diagnostic scan? I would think if they were and found nothing wrong they could at least reset the engine light so it wouldn't stay on.

How big a lift and did you go with bigger tires? Could be a worn brake caliper

What grade of fuel are you using? Last weekend the gas station I usually use only had premium (92), I usually just use regular (87). I was to lazy to go to another station so I said screw it and filled up with premium. I have to say I am getting way better millage with the premium. But at $4.97...

Here's the best part. I got the cj already glassed and undercoated for one grand. It only had minor problems, running wise. So there are deals out there. It just takes patience and a watchful eye.

I've got a cj, and I beat the crap out of it. I'm also surrounded by the pacific ocean. So I get a lot of salt spray. My secret? Fiberglass body and undercoating. Rust is no longer a problem. Lol

T98 also comes with a granny first. Not all T18s have the 6.32 fist gear. jeep alone used 10 different variations of the T18. If you can a Find a T18 in 77-79 cj grab it. Super heavy duty trans.

Could it be a clogged or pinched fuel line?Try and check the line from the tank to the pump. You may have to disconnect it from the tank and the pump and use compressed air to make sure it's clear.
