Sorry for the delayed response but you were 100% correct when you said it was a ground issue. I checked the negative lead on the battery and it was cracked where it clamped on. Replaced that and it fixed the issue. No more wandering gauges. Cheers!

Thank you very much superj! I will check that out and see if there’s anything stuck in there. While I have it open I’ll probably replace all the little springs etc I can and hope that works. The part that confuses me is the high temperature. I can’t make sense of higher oil pressure increasing...
