Have a 98 zj in process of lifting and putting 31 inch tires! What sire gear tooth do I need to go to for recalibrating speedo?

I've got a bunch of used speedo gears if you're interested, if I have the correct one for you.

I am between 33" tires and 305/70/17 that measure 33.8" I already have a 41 speedo gear for 33s. If I go with the 305s will that really make a difference? I would have to go to a 40 speedo gear to do it by the chart. Just trying to be prepared. I have a 4" lift for the upgrade. want to get the biggest tire without rubbing. I know I can get the 33s in there.
