Wow I sure was glad I read this . I always use alot of these products and do alot of welding . Now I know the shop do's and don'ts in and out. never did I ever put 2 and 2 together why I had really bad head aches after doing alot of welding:welder:

Yep and to get the best weld the surface should be cleaned of anything else in the first place.

That guy is an idiot. Not because of the chemical reaction he caused. But because of how stupid he was when it came to getting medical attention in a timely manner. Even after he read up on the poisons and their effects, and then experiencing those issues he still doesn't see a Dr. for well over a week later.
Don't get me wrong, the info about the chemicals is a good FYI, but also learn that due to his neglect to get medical attention in a timely manner he worsened the situation and may have caused permanent issues.
