my dad lost a yj in the water back in the mid 90s, i think around 94 or 95. it was red and had a grey top on it but his didn;t have big tires on it.
they were out four wheeling in the sand dunes and he said they jumped a dune and the other side went into the ship channel. he said him and the other guy rode it to the bottom and then swam out and called the insurance.
it was nice yj. i remember the last time i saw it was in 92 and it was not brand new, but still new to us. it didn't have the family bar and was a 5 speed with the 4.0
