Poppin outta reverse

87 YJ just had a 4" suspension lift put on & since then the transmission wants to pop out of reverse as soon as the clutch is released.
If I baby it by feathering the throttle it hold, but if there is s scenerio that requires me to use in normal or harder then normal throttle it pops right out.

if they/you install a skid plate drop, the transmission shifter is probably contacting the body. take the shifting boot off to verify, use a hammer to clearence.

Pops out now that you got your lift? Could be your synchronizers or your shift rod is hitting somewhere now. Did you put a body lift on it?

If you didn't trim the floor board where the shifter comes through, that could cause it to pop out. I installed a RC 4" lift, and had to trim about an inch of material, I also have a 1" BL
