Been playing around with the idea of Herculining the jeep, think i want to do it in black, but wondering is its gona get real hot in the summer with the top down?

when i try to shift into 2nd and 3rd i can feel it grind, i can't even think about downshifting, i'm asuming that my syncrozes have gone bad, any-one else have any other ideas before i rip out my transmission?

i somehow blew out my back cross on my rear drive shaft, i think a bolt worked out, can i just pull off my rear drive shaft and drive to my dad's shop in 4hi (front wheel drive) or will this put to much stress on the front drive train?

All of my gauges went out, i took off the dash to look for a bad connection but all the pulgs feel tight, looked for a blown fuse with no luck. Any one have any ideas? (its a 98 Tj)
