The header is actually part of the soft top on the TJ's. If you ever run a bikini or safari top, you need to buy the header for the top.

You shouldnt need to drill or anything with the top. It should fit if its a 97-06. Here is a new OEM top with everything included: MOPAR 82207728AB - MOPAR® OEM Factory Sailcloth Soft Top for 03-06 Jeep® Wrangler - Quadratec

I had a PT111, not a Pro, also, but sold it a few years ago. I swear by Taurus' customer service and craftsmanship. I had to send it back to to get a minor problem sorted out, and they returned it with 2 spare clips.8)
