    thanks DH30. power at the fuse box, no power at the motor. tracked down the wires to the switch and wire had came loose problem solved. thanks agian.

    Tug have you drilled out the idle tubes yet? I slapped in a kit, drilled out the tubes, put in a man. choke and move the upgrade of a carb. down my list a couple of lines.

    Carb Rebuild Any Advice! just bought a second jeep :P one for my wife. the easyest way to keep her out of mine :wink: . Its a 93' YJ great shape except the blower motor for the heater doesnt work. checked the plug and the fuse......any ideas? pushes hot air only while moving.

    re The first time I changed mine I ran across the same question and I was allready at the parts store so I bought both sizes and compared them during the install, and took the wrong size back during my test drive.

    the easyest way I have found is to use a vice. open it up w/enough room to slide in the yoke and two sockets. one socket that will slide through on one side, and a socket that the cap will slide through on the other. crank the handle.........once the cap slides through the larger socket open it...

    on cleaning out your tank...the best way I have found is to drop the tank drop a chain in there (dry tank) and roll it around the yard that knocks off all the rust. make sure you re-line it, and that linner is safe to use with alternative fuels. I used that method on my $cout one time. I dont...

    you might be on to something snitty, I just installed a new exhaust system and had to drop one side of the skid plate.     when I take off there is a "tink" noise, could it be the u joints its not a "clunk" sound, more like a single "tink" commin' from somewhere in the drivetrain. Any ideas?
