June 5, 2010 saw Rebel Offroad friends and family invade Big Bear California for some 4x4 action.
It was a special day for me as my wife, Madam Rebel, and our two Rebel sons came along for the ride. The dozen rigs met up and aired down at the Discovery Science Center at 0900 for a driver's meeting and safety check.
We headed off to John Bull Trail first where Gate Keeper immediately put up a fight. Everyone made it up after some spotting. The warm sun encouraged to get through the trial quickly so we could jump from shady spot to shady spot.
We all had lunch in a quiet valley where a couple of FJ Cruisers heading the other way waved a friendly hello. 4x4 owners of all shapes and sizes are always welcome!
After John Bull we hit up Gold Mountain for an easier finish to a great day. Thanks all who attended!
