Looking at this map it looks like someone keeps shooting these things at us. All we are getting from Earl is some great surfing but it looks like Gaston might try to make trouble for the southern states.

Hope all is well, advice from Florida: Put large containers outside to collect rain water for the toilet flushing when the power/water goes out.
Fill the bath tub for the same reason. Turn the a/c off now and get used to it! Eat everything that is not frozen because it will not be tomorrow!

Well Earl wasn't even bad enough to get me outta going to work.
John - I'll take hurricanes over tornadoes any day of the week. I like having 3 or 4 days heads up, instead of instant dead from above.
Jimmy - I was more prepared than ever before - tub full of water, cooler full of ice, 4 flashlights, gas grill. Oh well.
Now what to do with all this extra hurricane beer...
