Anyone ever seem this before???

The 78 CJ-7 I just got came with a factory 60/40 split bench seat on the front, regular seat in the rear, and an auto trans with the shifter on the column. I don't find the column shift to wierd, but the bench seat in the front????? Anyone ever seen this before??? And by the way, anyone got a good rustfree body tub for sale???

The 60/40 split is very rare like far_right said.I have heard of people looking for that seat.Very hard to find.

Interesting.......never heard of the split front bench before. I have heard of a company that makes split rear benchs/seats for the TJ.

sounds like a Qtrac, but the biggest V8 amc ever put in CJs were 304s...

Actually it's a 258 auto Quadtrac. Came factory with the seats like that and hardtop and doors. I wish I knew they were rare, I would have kept them. I just tossed them out the other day.
