In my honest opinion, LED headlights that are 5000K to 5500K project the best light. Most aftermarkets are 6500K that are blue tint. While a brightness meter will pick up the peak brightness your eye will not.
I put a pair of 5000K Novolight in my son’s vehicle and loved them when we replaced...
Thanks Terry! Replacing all injectors being they have gas puddled in the connector. Explains the gas smell under the hood.

Same when P0457 gas cap sets. No odometer display of code. ONDII reader sees the code.

I’ve had the P0457 gas cap code a few times. After one or two times the key dance stopped working . It shows —————- then changes to dOne.
Now having P0305 and P0205 code but the key dance shows nothing. So I had to drive to a shop for a code reader

I dont have all your answers but #2 is offset to not rub. If you recenter the tire in the wheel well it will rub before full turn. Also might catch inner wheel well when flexing.
And those are some large lugs to rub. More like stop on.

Idk. Id first clean it off with brake cleaner. And see how long before it returns. Also be sure it is not a drip from above.
Consider just replacing output shaft seal.
